These weeks were pretty interesting.  I met some GrandParents, Went to my first Dog Shows, & Went to my first TV Station.  Yikes.

CHAPTER TEN

Onto CHAPTER ELEVEN.....

My Fifth & Sixth Weeks at Home

I am so fascinating - I'll bet you can't wait to see what happens next!!

Here I am at my first TV Station.  The picture on the left is me sitting on the news set at WEWS Newschannel 5.   It is where my mommy works.  She let me sit on the set this day - but she told me "not to get used to it" because I am not allowed to work in TV when I am all grown up.  I don't know why though...it is good enough for her.... On the right is me with my "Uncle Grigs", he is my mommy's best friend at work.  He is teaching me how to run Chyron.  He wouldn't let me push the buttons yet...I don't know why.  It looks pretty easy.  He said something about it being "Sweeps" and I could not push the buttons because it would make Ryan & Jim cry.  I met the Ryan guy while I was there and he didn't seem all that scary.  I did not get to meet Jim though...so I will do what Uncle Grigs says.  Mommy would cry if he got fired.

....Back to Chapter NINE

Here is my mom teaching me how to swing.  I don't know why she had to "teach me".  How damn hard can it be to sit on my butt in a swing while my mom pushes me back and forth.  Duh.

A girl can only pretend to have fun for so long.  It is exhausting stuff!!

I really love my mommy & daddy.  They take good care of me and they tell me all of the time how pretty I am.  I know I give them a hard time once in a while - but hopefully they will not hold that against me.  I hope their memory is as short as mine!

Here I am at my very first dog show.  I got to meet my Grampy Brian and my Grammy Betsy.  Mommy says they are Dog Show Photographers like my mommy & daddy.   Mom took me to this place where the whole room was FULL of aliens.  Great big, HUGE, slobbery white aliens.  This time all of the aliens looked alike.  It was a little scary, but I am starting to realize the aliens won't hurt you if you don't look them in the eye.  I heard the slobber stuff is toxic, but mom kept me far away from it.  My Grampy Brian took a really cute picture of me at the dog show - but he has not sent it to mommy yet.   When he does - here is a place for it!

Here I am with my Cousin Ariana.  It was the first time she held me.  I like it when she holds me...she is really nice.  I also got to visit my Grandma Carol.  She gave me and my mommy presents...it was fun!!!

OMG!!!  Now the aliens have the MEASLES!!!!   We are all going to DIE of crazy alien diseases!!!!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELVES!!!

Here I am with my Uncle Eric.  He was doing such a good job standing watch, I thought I was safe enough from the aliens to take a little nap.  Then, after Uncle Eric neutralized the alien threat - Grammy Betsy gave me some energy drink so I could build my stamina back up after a long day of fighting the aliens.  I wanted some Red Bull, but mommy said this icky white stuff is better.  Yeah, whatever.

OK....I know mommy & daddy like this "Dog Show" crap...but I just don't get it.  I have not seen a "dog" yet and I get EXHAUSTED running from the aliens.  At this place all of the aliens look different, so it is hard for me to figure out which ones will eat my brains out and which ones are friendly.

I don't really know why...but my daddy judges the aliens too.  I don't know what he sees in them.  He should be protecting me instead of handing them awards!!!  When my mommy and I were watching daddy, I noticed some aliens I recognized in the background behind daddy.   Mommy said that creature is owned by her friend Tom and that even though he captured the alien on a rope - it is a friendly alien and he just keeps that rope on it so it will not run away.

Mommy calls me her "Little Pink Buddha Monk."   Um....ok.

Here we were on my mommy's very first "mother's day".  Daddy said it is a special day where we tell mommy what a good job she is doing as my mommy.  We went to a picnic at my Auntie Robin's house.  Here I am on the left taking a little nap with her.   Then, on the right I spent some time hanging out with my Auntie Brooke.  My Aunties both like me very much, so they like holding me a lot.  It is cool. This last picture is all of the mommies in my family along with their kids.  The lady in yellow is my Grandma Carol - her two daughters are my Auntie Brooke and my Auntie Robin (my daddy is her other kid, but he was taking the picture!) Then my cousin Ariana stood with her mommy Brooke.  And my cousins Casey & Jesse stood with their mommy Robin.  Then there I am with my mommy.  Maybe someday I will have a brother or a sister to stand with us.....
