ON LOCATION PORTRAIT SESSION

We are more than willing to come to a location of your choice
to shoot outdoor Portraits/Movement Photos in a lovely or
exotic setting.

The costs for a location session will be:
3-8x10's minimum order
$30.00/Hour Shooting Fee
$0.485/mile (2007 IRS Standard Mileage Rate)
All Travel Expenses, including tolls, airline fees & hotels/meals
if the session requires an overnight stay

** If you have multiple people share a portrait session, EACH
person will be required to order the 3-8x10 minimum, but we
will split the Session Fees & Travel expenses equally among all
persons.

** At least 2 WEEKS NOTICE is required for all local Portrait
Sessions. 4 Weeks notice is required for all sessions that
require an overnight stay or air travel. There will be a
cancellation fee of $50.00 if a session is cancelled within 36
hours of the appointment. If the session required air travel or
hotel stay, you will still be responsible for
the air fare & hotel fees.

** If you would love a portrait session of yourself or your pet,
but do not have a specific place in mind, we highly recommend
the
Holden Arboretum, in Kirtland, OH. It is one of the largest and
most beautiful Arboretums in the country. We work there
often, so we are familiar with what they have to offer.

**When figuring your cost, do not forget to include $5.00
shipping. For orders that include larger items or lots of
items, the shipping cost may go up.

**Also, the cost for shipping may be higher to international
locations. Please check with me when ordering.

**If you are a resident of OHIO, do not forget to include
YOUR LOCAL sales tax with your order.

**All orders must be paid for in US Funds.

**At this time I can only accept Personal Checks, Money
Orders, Foreign Bank Drafts, or credit cards only via PAYPAL.

Any questions, comments, or problems, please do not

phone me with orders. Due to the odd and late hours I
keep with my "day job" it is next to impossible for me to be
reached by phone and I most definitely will not be able to
return your call during normal, human hours.

If you are going to use your photos for advertising, I
strongly recommend that for the best quality in
reproduction, you purchase the photos on CD-Rom. In
that format they are in full resolution and would look
the best. If purchasing the photos on CD is out of your
price range, then I HIGHLY recommend that you
purchase the photos as 5" x 7" prints or larger.
Smaller prints just will not look as crisp and high
quality when scanned.
